Photo Prints Specification
The size of the photo prints is 3x3" (7,6x7,6cm) or 4x4"(10x10cm). We are using matte high resolution photo paper. If you want glossy finish, please choose that option before you add product to cart. Minimum order is 10 photos.
Photo Magnets Specification
The size of the photo magnets is 2.5x2.5" (6,35x6,35cm) with slightly rounded corners. These are perfect gifts for loved ones. One magnet can hold up to 7 sheets of paper. Minimum order is 6 magnets.

Can I print pictures from my friends instagrams?
Usually, we ship your order same day* by USPS First Class mail ($1.99) or USPS Priority mail with tracking ($5.05) from San Diego, California. Price for international shipping is calculated automatically when you choose your country.

If you choose 'Regular shipping' option at the checkout, we will send it by USPS First Class mail and it can take up to 10 business days for package to arrive. If you need your prints faster, choose "USPS Priority 2nd day" with tracking and guaranteed delivery in 2-3 business days.
While the situation is in the hands of the post once your order has been confirmed as shipped, we can sometimes look up the status of your order to help. International orders can not be tracked outside of the States.
FoxGram is not responsible for a package once it has been confirmed delivered to the correct address. If for any reason we should receive it back from the post, we will contact you with further options.
My package was sent back to your office. What do I do now?
If we receive your order back in the mail because it was not able to be delivered or was not picked up in time, all details and shipping prices will be listed in the customer service emails sent to you once the return is processed. We can send the package again to the same (or new) address but you have to pay for this shipping or you can have your order refunded minus the original shipping cost. Please note that processing returns can take time. We go through all of them as quickly as possible and your patience is appreciated.
FoxGram is not responsible for any packages that were returned for failure of delivery (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal). We are not responsible for the original shipping or return shipping.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL-256) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for this purpose. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
